New data collection agency, Viga, opened its doors on October 4. Aimed at being the quickest, smartest agency in the sector, VIGA will be headed up by Managing Director, Lewis Reeves. The 12-strong agency counts amongst its clients Oracle Corporation and Scorpio Partners.

Reeves, who previously worked at Research Now, is the youngest MD in the history of the Next15 Group. He explains his ambitions for VIGA: “Using a blend of cutting edge technology and human expertise VIGA will revolutionise 3 key areas of the fieldwork space; Audience Access, Smart Surveys and Dynamic Data.”

Reeves adds: “A constant emphasis on efficiency, quality and delivery mean we are always striving to provide a more nimble, educated and cost effective approach for our partners. Our flexibility allows us to support the way our clients want to work, rather than making them fit into a rigid structure we set. This is aided by a commitment to local, same market based support and management. Mix this with our always on 24/7 attitude and VIGA provides the smart choice for delivering great data whenever it’s required.”

VIGA will be based on cosmopolitan Bermondsey Street, near parent company Next15, and will also have resource based in the USA. Alongside Reeves, the VIGA management team is made up of Director of Operations Pete Flower, previously Director of Community Development and Innovation at Verve, and Head of Development Tom Birtchnell, who joins from CBS Outdoor.

Peter Harris, Chief Financial Officer at Next15, commented: “Now more than ever data collection needs to keep pace with brand momentum and we spotted a gap in the sector for a quick, insightful data delivered cost effectively. In VIGA we have data at our fingertips to provide reliable results almost instantly. With his flair for insight and innovative thinking, Lewis was our first choice to spearhead VIGA, and we were able to cherry pick his senior team based on technical expertise and depth of experience.”
